A FEW REMINDERS FOR THE COMING YEAR

PARKING: Parking is at a premium in our community and is allowed ONLY in the driveway or garage, not on the road, the  grass or on the sidewalks. Additional parking is a available in the overflow parking area. Fines may be imposed for violations and/or cars may be towed.

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE:  Please be aware that you MUST submit plans, materials, color schemes, diagrams, the contractor’s name and contact information and any other pertinent information relevant to your outdoor project, PRIOR to the start of the project.  The Committee must approve the plans before any work can begin. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.  You may submit your plans to Shirlene at Shirlene@mycamfirm.com. Shirlene will forward the information to the Committee.

MEET YOUR NEIGHBOR!  You can become involved in your community by meeting your neighbors, chatting, keeping up with what is happening in the community and attending Board meetings.  This is your investment, protect it by becoming involved in your community.

 NEXT MEETING: Our next meeting will be held on February 5, 2019 at 6 pm at Executive Management Services offices.  Please mark your calendars and attend to support your community.

 The Annual meeting will be held in April 2019.  Please give some thought to running for the Board of Directors. The job isn’t hard, you basically have to make decisions on issues that arise, so the community can be kept safe and well maintained.
