Considering alterations to the exterior of your property (i.e. outside painting, landscaping, new construction, erection of shadowbox fence/shed, new or improved driveways, recreational equipment, etc.)? If so, be sure to review the policies and procedures below (including the Rules & Regulation document) to ensure you are in compliance with the guidelines of the association. Any such deviation may result in the assessment of fines and/or redo your project.

  • Alternations may not be made without prior written approval of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) of Pebble Brooke Homeowners Association.  NOTE: the homeowner assumes the responsibility and cost of reversing any changes made without the prior approval of the ACC, including any fines that might be assessed.

  • Approval Process: To obtain approval from the ACC for any alterations, a detailed written plan with necessary illustrations, blueprints/drawings, and measurements, must be submitted to the management company (The Pebble Brooke HOA  PO BOX 13089  Tallahassee, FL 32317 or Email to:  shirlene@mycamfirm.com). The plans will be presented to the ACC which has thirty (30) days to approve, deny, or provide follow-up feedback to the homeowner.
